How to make chunky guacamole

 INGREDIANTS:



3 large avacados

1/2 cup chopped  onion

1/2 cup chopped coriander

1  chopped tomato

3tbsp lime juice 

1/2 tbsp  salt 

1/4 tsp black pepper

          RECEIPE: 

  • Take a ripe avacado and cut it from the center horizontally or vertically into two equal parts.
  •  note that while cutting you will feel the resistance from the inner seed.
  • to scrape the avacado out of its skin,you can either use fruit scoop or just a soup spoon.
  • next use a potato masher and coarsely mash up those avacados  remember,we're making a chunky guacamole.
  • transfer those chopped avacados, chopped onion, chopped tomato to a large mixing bowl.
  • add 3 tbsp lemon juice or add as required.
  • Lastly, season with salt as per taste and ¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper or ground black pepper.
  • mix very well. Mash the avocado while  mixing. 
  • Serve this best guacamole with toast, tortilla chips, nachos.
  • You can garnish with a few coriander leaves while serving.
